Additional Explanations

18.09.2020 tarihli Resmi Gazete' de yayınlanarak yürürlüğe giren 2948 sayılı Cumhurbaşkanı Kararı ile Türk Ticaret Kanunu'nun Geçici 13. maddesinin birinci fıkrasında belirtilen kar dağıtımının yüzde yirmi beşten fazlasına ilişkin kısmın dağıtımının 30 Eylül 2020 sonrasına ertelenmesi süreci üç ay daha uzatılmıştı.

Yönetim Kurulu 04.01.2021 tarihinde aldığı karara göre; 24.03.2020 tarihli Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısı'nda dağıtımına karar verilen ancak Cumhurbaşkanı Kararı ile 2019 yılı net dönem karının yüzde yirmi beşini aşan dağıtılamayan ikinci taksit tutarları 24.466.973,91 TL 'sı hissedarlara ve 311.124,05 TL 'sı Yönetim Kurulu Üyelerine 05.01.2021 tarihinde dağıtılmasına karar verilmiştir.
