Şirketimiz 2020 yıl sonu finansal tablolarında, hissedarı olduğu Turk P ve I A.Ş.'ye ait finansal tabloları özkaynak yöntemi ile konsolidasyona tabi tutacaktır. Böylece ilgili dönem itibarıyla sigortacılık mevzuatına göre hem solo hem konsolide raporlama yapılacağını bildiririz.

Our company, in its financial statements of the end of 2020, will subject the financial statements of Turk P and I A.Ş., of which it is a shareholder, to consolidation by using equity method. Thus, we declare that as of the relevant period, both non-consolidated and consolidated reporting will be made in accordance with the insurance legislation .
