Following the immediate report dated July 2, 2025 (reference: 2025-01-047693), regarding the signing of an agreement for the acquisition of approximately 68.6% of the share capital of Attractive Scent SAS, a private French company engaged in the development, manufacture and marketing of fragrance extracts for the fine fragrance industry, as well as for personal care, cosmetics, air care and candles, Turpaz is pleased to report that on July 11, 2025, the transaction was completed. The transaction was financed through long-term bank financing (for details regarding the loan, see the immediate report published on July 10, 2025, reference: 2025-01-050854).
