Change in number of shares and votes in BONESUPPORT HOLDING AB (publ)

BONESUPPORT HOLDING AB (publ), a leading company in orthobiologics for the management of bone injuries, today announced a change in the number of shares and votes.

As per March 31, 2023, the total number of shares in BONESUPPORT HOLDING AB (publ) amounts to 66,197,635, divided into 65,055,575 ordinary shares with one vote per share and 1,142,060 series C-shares with one-tenth of a vote per share, corresponding to a total of 65,169,781 votes.

The change in number of shares and votes is due to the conversion of 500,378 series C-shares, which previously have been issued and repurchased within the context of the Company's incentive program LTI 2019, into ordinary shares during the month of March. The number of ordinary shares has thus increased by 500,378 and the number of series C-shares has decreased by as many shares. Following the conversion, the number of votes has increased by 450,340.2.
