KARAR : Yönetim Kurulumuz gündemindeki konuyu müzakere ederek 25.03.2021 tarihinde gerçekleşecek 2020 yılı Olağan Genel Kurul toplantısında 2.744.534,80 TL'si 2019 yılına ait genel kanuni yedek akçelerden; 422.167,94 TL'si geçmiş yıl karlarından ve 26.938.261,60 TL'si 2020 yılı net dönem karından karşılanmak üzere aşağıda belirtilen tutar ve oranlarda kar payı dağıtılmasının teklif edilmesine oybirliğiyle karar vermiştir.
