Şirketimiz tarafından Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun "Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği" (II-14.1) uyarınca hazırlanan ve PwC Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. tarafından bağımsız denetimden geçmiş 01.01.2020-31.12.2020 hesap dönemine ait finansal tablolarımıza göre 184.430.929.- TL konsolide net dönem kârı elde edilmiştir.

Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulunun 24.02.2021 tarihinde yapılan toplantısında;

Söz konusu konsolide net dönem karından yasal yükümlülükler ve kontrol gücü olmayan paylar düşüldükten sonra kalan 175.746.242.- TL tutarındaki net dağıtılabilir dönem kârının, mevcut küresel ekonomik şartlar ve devam eden Bunol beyaz çimento fabrikası satın alma süreci nedeniyle şirketin finansal esnekliğini artırmak amacıyla, dağıtıma konu edilmeyerek olağanüstü yedek olarak ayrılmasına ve bu hususun 23 Mart 2021 tarihinde yapılacak olan Olağan Genel Kurul'un onayına sunulmasına karar verilmiştir
