Yönetim Kurulumuzun 29.03.2021 tarihli 2020 Yılı Kâr payı dağıtımına ilişkin kararı:

Şirketimizin Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği (II-14.1) hükümleri dâhilinde, Türkiye Muhasebe Standartları ve Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartları (TMS/TFRS)'na uygun olarak hazırlanan, bağımsız denetimden geçmiş, 01.01.2020-31.12.2020 hesap dönemine ait konsolide finansal tablolarında net dönem kârı 80.306.668 TL, geçmiş yıl zararları 393.809.048,04 TL iken; TTK ve Vergi Usul Kanununa uygun olarak hazırlanan aynı döneme ilişkin solo finansal tablolarında net dönem zararı 9.900.910,56 TL, geçmiş yıl zararlarının 42.915.374,93 TL olduğu görülmektedir. Bu itibarla, Yönetim Kurulumuz, Genel Kurulumuzun görüş ve onayına sunulmak üzere, Şirketimizin 2020 yılında net dağıtılabilir dönem kârı olmadığından kâr dağıtımı yapılmamasına,karar vermiştir.
