(A MEMBER FIRM OF DFK INTERNATIONAL) tarafından denetlenen 2020 yılı ve 2021 yılı hesap dönemlerine ait finansal tablolarımıza göre sırasıyla 5.323.106 TL ve 91.870.821 TL "Ana Ortaklığa Ait Konsolide Net Dönem Karı" elde edilmiş olup, 2019 -2020 yıllarına ait

dönem karlarının geçmiş yıl zararlarına mahsubu hususunun Genel Kurul'umuza sunulmasına karar verilmiştir.

Genel Kurulda ; 2019-2020 yılları bilançosunda yer alan kârların geçmiş yıllar zararlarına mahsup edilmesi teklifi 36.934.359,113 adet oyla oy birliğiyle kabul edilmiştir.
