Additional Explanations

Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun (II-19.1) sayılı tebliğine uygun olarak hazırlanan 2020 mali yılı Kar Dağıtım Tablosuna göre; Şirketimizin 01.01.2020 – 31.12.2020 hesap dönemine ilişkin olarak Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun (SPK) (II-14.1) sayılı "Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği" hükümleri uyarınca hazırlanan ve bağımsız denetimden geçen mali tablolarında, Sürdürülen Faaliyetler Vergi Öncesi Karı 15.790.622,00 TL ve Dönem Karı ise 12.661.446,00 TL olarak belirlenmiştir.

Vergi Usul Kanunu (VUK) hükümlerine göre hesaplanmış olan Genel Kanuni Yedek Akçe (915.945,42 TL) tutarının ayrılması ve ilgili mali dönem vergilerinin düşülmesinin ardından, 11.745.500,58 TL net dağıtılabilir dönem karına ulaşılmaktadır. İlgili dönemde yapılan bağışlar eklendikten sonra "bağışlar eklenmiş net dağıtılabilir dönem karı" 11.756.500,58 TL olmuştur.

Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu'nun 06.04.2021 tarihli kararı ile 2020 yılına ait 11.745.500,58 TL tutarındaki net dağıtılabilir dönem karından 4.300.000 TL'nin nakit kar payı olarak dağıtılmasına, kalan kar tutarının geçmiş yıllar karlarına eklenmesine, nakit dağıtılacak kar payının 07.10.2021 tarihinde ödenmesine, kar payı dağıtımı hususunun 2020 Yılına ait olağan Genel Kurul toplantısında karara bağlanmak üzere teklif edilmesine, karar verilmiştir.
