Şirketimizin 2021 yılı hesap dönemine ait finansal raporlarının denetlenmesi ve bu konulardaki ilgili düzenlemeler kapsamında diğer faaliyetleri yürütmek üzere PwC Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik Anonim Şirketi'nin (A member of PricewaterhouseCoopers) 1 (Bir) yıl süreyle Denetçi ve Topluluk Denetçisi olarak seçilmesine ilişkin 30 Mart 2021 tarihli Genel Kurul Kararı 7 Nisan 2021 tarihinde tescil ve ilan edilmiştir.

The General Assembly resolution dated 30 March 2021 regarding the election of PwC Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik Anonim Şirketi (A member of PricewaterhouseCoopers) as the Auditor and the Group Auditor to audit the financial statements for the year 2021 and to carry out other activities within the scope of relevant regulations has been registered and announced on 7 April 2021.

In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure statement, Turkish version shall prevail.
