Additional Explanations

Alarko Holding A.Ş. nin 15.04.2021 tarihinde yapılan olağan genel kurul toplantısında;

• Şirketimizin 2020 yılına ait konsolide finansal tablolarında yer alan 948.118.476, -TL dönem kârından; Sermaye Piyasası Mevzuatı, Şirket Esas Sözleşmesi ve diğer mevzuat hükümleri uyarınca 42.135.538,-TL vergi karşılığı, 104.029.200,-TL kontrol gücü olmayan paylar ve 8.340.178,-TL birinci tertip genel kanuni yedek akçe ayrıldıktan sonra kalan 793.613.560,- TL net dağıtılabilir dönem kârına 175.500,-TL tutarındaki bağışların ilavesi ile oluşan 793.789.060,-TL'nin %7,56'sına tekabül eden 60.030.000,-TL (Brüt) tutarındaki kısmının ortaklara kâr payı olarak nakden dağıtılmasına,

• Kalan tutarın olağanüstü yedek akçelere eklenmesine,

• Vergi tevkifatına tabi olan kâr payı kısmı üzerinden gerekli vergi tevkifatının yapılmasına,

• Kâr payı dağıtımına 11.05.2021 tarihinde başlanmasına,

oyçokluğu ile karar verildi.
