Additional Explanations

Şirketimizin, Vergi Usul Kanunu hükümleri gereğince hazırlanan 31.12.2020 tarihli mali tablolarına göre oluşan vergi sonrası 84.458.251,13 TL tutarındaki dönem kârından 403.860,80 TL. genel kanuni yedek akçe ayrıldıktan sonra, yasal kayıtlarımızda 84.054.390,33 TL net dağıtılabilir dönem kârı oluşmaktadır.

Şirketimizin S.P.K.'na göre düzenlenmiş mali tablolarında yer alan 96.369.446,00 TL Vergi Sonrası Kârından 403.860,80 TL Genel Kanuni Yedek Akçe ayrıldıktan sonra, 2020 yılı içinde bağış yapılmadığından 95.965.585,20 TL Bağışlar Eklenmiş Net Dağıtılabilir Dönem Kârı oluşmaktadır. Ekte yeralan Kâr Dağıtım Tablosuna göre;

a) Net dağıtılabilir dönem kârından Yönetim Kurulu üyelerine kâr payı verilmemesi,

b) 9.193.117,04 TL'nin Ortaklara birinci kâr payı olarak verilmes

c) 9.980.420,86 TL'nin İmtiyazlı pay sahiplerine kâr payı olarak dağıtılması,

d) 47.580.453,30 TL'nin Ortaklara ikinci kâr payı olarak verilmesi,

e) Vergi Usul Kanunu hükümlerine göre hazırlanmış mali tabloda, 7.300.399,12 TL genel kanuni yedek akçenin ayrılmasından sonra kalan tutarın olağanüstü yedek olarak yasal kayıtlarımıza aktarılması,

f) Hak sahiplerine ödemelerin 07 Haziran 2021 tarihinde yapılması

hususları oy birliği ile kabul edilmiştir.
