- 01.01.2020 -31.12.2020 tarihli hesap dönemini kapsayan 2020 yılı hesap dönemine dair faaliyet karının dağıtımına ilişkin Yönetim Kurulu'nun 04.03.2021 tarih ve 2021/4 sayılı kararına istinaden 2020 yılı finansal sonuçlarına göre,

-2020 yılı net dağıtılabilir kârımızdan hisse başına 0,1333 TL brüt nakit kâr payı ve hisse başına 0,28 TL bedelsiz kâr payı dağıtılmasına,

-Dağıtılacak bedelsiz kâr paylarının A grubu hisselere 0,08 TL değerindeki kısmının A grubu, kalan 0,20 TL'lik kısmının B grubu olarak, B grubu hisselere ise 0,28 TL'lik bedelsiz kâr payının tamamının B grubu hisse olarak dağıtılmasına,

Ödenmiş sermayemizin 187.500.000 TL'den 240.000.000 TL'ye yükseltilmesine ilişkin Yönetim Kurulu'nun önerisi 2020 yılı Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısı sonucunda kabul edilmiştir.
