Additional Explanations

1. TFRS'ye uygun olarak hazırlanan finansal tablolara göre 90.198.685,-TL net dönem karı, VUK kayıtlarına göre ise 36.981.608,61 -TL cari yıl dönem karı bulunduğu görülerek;

a) Şirket Esas Sözleşmesinin Karın Tespit ve Tevzii başlıklı 17. Maddesi ve Türk Ticaret Kanunu'nun 519. maddesi uyarınca ayrılması gereken genel kanuni yedek akçenin ayrılmasına,

b) Sermaye Piyasası mevzuatı uyarınca düşük olan tutarın kar payı olarak dağıtılması öngörüldüğünden VUK kayıtları uyarınca 01.01.2020-31.12.2020 hesap döneminde ait gerekli yasal akçeler ayrıldıktan sonra oluşan 3.500.222,02 -TL'nin ve geçmiş dönem karlarından gelen toplam 28.999.777,98 -TL'nin böylelikle toplamda 32.500.000,-TL'nin, pay sahiplerine kar payı olarak dağıtılmasına,

c) Kar payı ödeme tarihinin 28.06.2021 olarak belirlenmesine karar verilmiştir.
