Fabege has signed three lease agreements with Coor covering a total of approximately 4,500 square metres in the Kvarter 1 office project (Ackordet 1 property). Coor has also been given the task of providing service and comfort functions to tenants and visitors.
Coor will lease 3,158 square metres of office space, 564 square metres of conference space and 779 square metres of deli and restaurant space in Kvarter 1. All three leases have a duration of seven years and are expected to start in October 2024 and January 2025.
Lease agreements were also recently signed with Randstad, JM and SATS in Kvarter 1. The occupancy rate for the project now amounts to 66 per cent following signing of the lease agreements with Coor.

These will offer a wide range of services, including offices, reception, conference facilities, gym, bike garage, restaurant, shops and various meeting places, both in the building and just around the corner. Fabege's total investment in Kvarter 1 is estimated at approximately SEK 1.4bn. The property is being certified to the BREEAM-SE Excellent standard.
