The Tranche Issuance Document relating to the debt securities with a nominal value of USD 750,000,000 issued for sale to qualified investors outside of Turkey within the format of "Rule 144A" and/or "Regulation S" was approved by the Capital Markets Board on 28.07.2021 and is provided in the attachment.
