06.08.2021 tarihinde Kamuya açıklanmış olan 30 Haziran 2021 tarihine ait "Finansal Rapor" başlıklı duyurularında Finansal Tablo şablonlarında sehven hatalı bildirim olması sebebiyle Finansal Tablo şablonları düzeltilerek tekrar gönderilecektir.

Şirketimizin konsolide olmayan ve konsolide Finansal Tablo şablonlarının Gelir Tablosu bölümünde yer alan dönem başlıklarından Önceki Dönem 01.01.2020-30.06.2020 ile Cari Dönem 01.04.2021-30.06.2021 dönemlerine ait olan veriler yanlışlıkla ters yerleştirilmiştir. ( Önceki Dönem 01.01.2020-30.06.2020 başlığı altına ait veriler Cari Dönem 01.04.2021-30.06.2021 başlığı atına; Cari Dönem 01.04.2021-30.06.2021 başlığı altına ait veriler Önceki Dönem 01.01.2020-30.06.2020 başlığı atına yerleştirilmiştir.)

Aynı duyurularda yayınlanan Sınırlı Denetim Raporu ve Dipnotlarda hata bulunmamakta olup 30 Haziran 2021 tarihli Dönem Net Karı da düzeltmeden etkilenmemektedir.

Sehven hatalı gösterilen dönemlere ait düzeltmeler yapılarak konsolide olmayan ve konsolide Finansal Tablo şablonları yeniden yayımlanacaktır.

In the announcements titled "Financial Report" dated June 30, 2021, which were announced to the public on 06.08.2021, Financial Statement templates will be corrected and resubmitted due to inadvertent misrepresentation in the Financial Statement templates.

The data belonging to the previous period 01.01.2020-30.06.2020 and the current period 01.04.2021-30.06.2021, which are among the period titles in the Income Statement section of our company's unconsolidated and consolidated Financial Statement templates, have been incorrectly placed in reverse. (Data for the previous Period 01.01.2020-30.06.2020 under the heading Current Period 01.04.2021-30.06.2021; Data for the Current Period 01.04.2021-30.06.2021 under the heading Previous Period 01.01.2020-30.06.2020 placed.)

There are no errors in the Limited Audit Report and Footnotes published in the same announcements, and the Net Profit for the Period dated June 30, 2021 is not affected by the adjustment.

Unconsolidated and consolidated Financial Statement templates will be re-published by making adjustments for periods that are inadvertently misrepresented.
