Rekabet Kurumu tarafından yapılan açıklamada, Şirketimizin 13 Nisan 2020 tarihli KAP açıklamasıyla kamuya duyurulan, yeni binek otomobil ve hafif ticari araç üreticisi ve dağıtıcısı teşebbüslerin ÖTV indirimi sonrasında birlikte hareket ederek fiyat artışına gittikleri ve mal arzını kısıtladıkları iddiasına ilişkin olarak alınan 2009 tarihli Rekabet Kurulu kararının iptal edilmesini takiben Rekabet Kurumu tarafından açılan soruşturmanın tamamlanarak, Şirketimiz hakkında 4054 sayılı Rekabetin Korunması Hakkında Kanun'un 16. maddesi uyarınca idari para cezası verilmesine yer olmadığına karar verildiği belirtilmiştir.

In the statement made by the Competition Authority, it was stated that the investigation initiated by the Competition Authority following the cancellation of the 2009 Competition Board decision regarding the allegation that the new passenger car and light commercial vehicle manufacturers and distributor undertakings increased their prices and restricted the supply of goods by acting together following the Special Consumption Tax discount, which was announced to the public by our Company's PDP statement dated April 13, 2020, was completed and it was decided that there was no need to impose an administrative fine on our Company pursuant to Article 16 of the Law No. 4054 on the Protection of Competition.
