Additional Explanations

Şirketin 2019 yılı karının dağıtımı konusu görüşüldü. Yapılan oylama neticesinde 2020 yılı faaliyetleri sonucunda elde etmiş olduğu 58.635.624 TL kardan, ortaklarımıza birinci kar payı olarak 1.050.000,00 TL nakit, kalan kısımdan 52.350.567,27 TL nakit ikinci kar payı olarak dağıtılmasına, 5.235.056,73 TL'nin genel kanuni yedek akçe , Ayrıca geçmiş yılda dağıtılmayan olağanüstü yedeklerde mevcut 7.364.376 TL'nin de nakit kar payı olarak dağıtılmasına ortaklara nakden dağıtılacak karın 20.12.2021 tarihinde dağıtılmasına 12.014.002,71 kabul oyuyla oy birliği ile karar verildi.
