The Nomination Committee of Dustin has decided to propose that Thomas Ekman shall be elected as Chariman of the Board at the Annual General Meeting on December 12. Mia Brunell Livfors has announced that she is not available for reelection as Chairman of the Board, but as member of the board.
Thomas Ekman is member of the board of Dustin since 2022, incoming CEO of Axel Johnson and former CEO of Dustin. He is also Chariman of the Board of AxSol and member of the board of Axfood, Martin Servera, Axel Johnson International and Novax.
The Nomination Committee continues its work and the complete proposal will be announced at the latest in the convening notice to the Annual General Meeting. The nomination Committee consists of Marie Ehrling (Axel Johnson AB), Sophie Larsén (AMF Pension&Fonder), Jonas Backman (Protector Forsikring ASA) och Mia Brunell Livfors (styrelseordförande i Dustin (adjunct)).
