The Reason For Applying A Lower Dividend Withholding Rate Than The Current Rate In Calculating Net Amount	Since a portion of the total amount which is anticipated to be distributed, is the retained earnings subject to withholding at the rate of 19.8%, there is no withholding tax at the stage of distribution of these earnings in accordance with the provisional Article 62 of the Income Tax Law.

Additional Explanations

Dividend distribution announced in our public disclosure dated 10 November 2021 was approved by General Assembly on 06 December 2021. The dividend distribution will start on 08 December 2021 and the dividend will be deposit into our public shareholders' accounts at T+2 value date.

In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
