Şirketimizin devam etmekte olan Borsa Kule projesi %90 seviyelerine gelmiştir. 2021 yılı içerisinde şirketimiz 39.475.000,00 TL (KDV dahil) bedelle 12 adet bağımsız bölümün satışını (ön satışlar dahil) gerçekleştirmiştir.

Bu satış rakamları,  gerek  pazarlama ve satış müdürlüğümüz ve gerekse satış ofisleri aracılığıyla şirketimize ait gayrimenkullerden satışı kesinleşen ve ön satışı yapılan Bağımsız bölümlerden oluşmaktadır.

Borsa Kule projemiz bölgenin en prestijli projesidir, piyasa koşulları düşünülerek hazırlamış olduğumuz 0 faiz kampanyası ile vade imkanı sunduğumuz projemizde kalan 84 adet bağımsız bölümün satışlarının % 60 lık kısmının 2022  ilk çeyrekte tamamlanmasını planlıyoruz.

Şirketimiz bundan sonra da belirlediği hedeflere ulaşma konusunda tüm gayretini gösterecektir.

Yapmış olduğumuz çalışma sonucu ortaya çıkan satış öngörülerimiz; mevcut piyasa şartları ve yıl içinde ülkemiz ve dünya ekonomisinde oluşabileceğini düşündüğümüz gelişmelerin beklentilerimiz ile uyumlu gerçekleşmesi durumunda ulaşılabilecek değerlerdir.

Beklenmedik şartların ortaya çıkması halinde, şirketimiz hedeflerini yeniden değerlendirebilecektir.

The Report Of The Independent Departments That Have Completed The Sale In 2021

Our company's ongoing Borsa Tower project has reached the level of 90%. in 2021, our company realized the sale of 12 independent divisions (including pre-sales) at a cost of 39.475.000,00 TL (including VAT).These sales figures are composed of Independent departments that have been finalized and pre-sold from the real estate belonging to our company through our marketing and sales directorate and sales offices.

Our Borsa Tower project is the most prestigious project in the region, we are planning to complete 60% of the sales of the remaining 84 independent divisions in our project in the first quarter of 2022, which we offer maturity with a 0 interest campaign that we have prepared taking into account market conditions.

From now on, our company will show all its efforts to achieve the goals it has set.

Our sales forecasts are resulting from the work we have done are the values that can be achieved if the current market conditions and the developments that we think may occur in our country and the world economy during the year are realized in accordance with our expectations.

In case of unexpected circumstances, our company will be able to reevaluate its goals.
