Within the scope of our notification dated on January 31, 2022 and on February 18, 2022; t he issuance certificate obtained from the Capital Markets Board, regarding the issuance of debt instruments abroad with a total amount up to USD 1,000,000,000 or equivalent foreign currency, is attached.
