Şirketimizin 2021 yılına ait; Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu mevzuatı gereğince hazırlanan mali tablolarında 327.148.279,13 TL net dönem kârı, Vergi Usul Kanunu mevzuatı gereğince hazırlanan mali tablolarında ise 313.952.063,95 TL net dönem kârı bulunmaktadır.

Şirketimizin 2021 yılı hesap dönemine ait dağıtılabilir karının, Şirketin öz kaynaklarını güçlendirmek amacıyla, dağıtılmayıp Şirket bünyesinde bırakılması hususunun Genel Kurul'a teklif edilmesine oybirliği ile karar verilmiştir.
