Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu'nun 10.03.2022 tarihli toplantısında;

SPK Mevzuatına uygun olarak hesaplanan 2021 yılına ait 26.397.450,97 TL tutarındaki Net Dağıtılabilir Dönem Karının aşağıdaki şekilde dağıtılmasına;

• Birinci Kar Payı : 1.458.000,00 TL
• İkinci Kar Payı : 23.042.000,00 TL
• Toplam Brüt Kar Payı : 24.500.000,00 TL
• Genel Kanuni Yedek Akçe (2. Tertip) : 2.304.200,00 TL
• Olağanüstü Yedek : 10.658.156,00 TL

Kar dağıtımının yukarıdaki esaslara göre yapılması neticesinde,

- 01.01.2021 – 31.12.2021 hesap dönemine ait konsolide finansal tablolarımıza göre ortaklara dağıtılacak 24.500.000,00 TL brüt kar payının; 15.739.294,97 TL'lik kısmının Net Dağıtılabilir Dönem Karından, 777.450,00 TL'lik kısmının Geçmiş Yıl Karından, 10.287.455,03 TL'lik kısmının ise Olağanüstü Yedeklerden karşılanmasına,

- Yasal kayıtlarımız dikkate alındığında ise ortaklara dağıtılacak 24.500.000,00 TL brüt kar payının; 6.656.559,26 TL'lik kısmının Net Dağıtılabilir Dönem Karından, 356.999,00 TL'lik kısmının Geçmiş Yıl Karından, 2.774.790,94 TL'lik kısmının özel fonlardan, 17.015.850,80 TL'lik kısmının ise Olağanüstü Yedeklerden karşılanmasına,

Böylelikle 2021 yılı kârından, 29.160.000,00.-TL sermayeyi temsil eden pay sahiplerine hukuki durumlarına bağlı olarak % 84,02 (Brüt), % 75,62 (Net) oranında toplam 24.500.000,00.-TL kâr payının, 19 Nisan 2022 tarihinden itibaren nakden dağıtılması hususunun, 14 Nisan 2022 tarihinde yapılacak olan Olağan Genel Kurul'un onayına sunulmasına oy birliği ile karar verilmiştir.
