Dividend distribution announced in our public disclosures dated 22 February 2022 was approved by General Assembly on 17 March 2022. The dividend distribution will start on 22 March 2022 and the dividend will be deposit into our public shareholders' accounts at T+2 value date.

In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
