Şirketimizin 2 021 yılı faaliyetleri sonucu Sermaye Piyasası Mevzuatına göre oluşan 37.136.703,00-TL dönem kârından (Yasal Kayıtlara Göre 44.588.257,68-TL faaliyet karı vardır) üzerinden hesaplanan 4.458.825,84 TL tutarında Birinci Tertip Yedek Akçe düşüldükten sonra kalan Sermaye Piyasası Mevzuatına göre oluşan 37.136.703 TL'lik dönem kârından (Yasal Kayıtlara Göre 44.588.257,68 -TL faaliyet karı vardır) kısmın Olağanüstü Yedekler hesabına kaydedilmesine ve bu nedenle kar payı dağıtılmamasına ve bu teklifin yapılacak olan Olağan Genel Kurul toplantısında ortakların onayına sunulmasına. karar verilmiştir.
