Yönetim Kurulumuzun 24 Şubat 2022 tarihli toplantısında, 2021 yılı karının Sermaye Piyasası mevzuatı ile Şirket Esas Sözleşmesi ve Kar Dağıtım Politikası'na uygun olarak, ekteki kar dağıtım tablosunda yer aldığı üzere toplam 55.000.000.-TL brüt kar dağıtılması ve kar dağıtımının 31 Mart 2022 tarihinde gerçekleştirilmesi hususlarının 24 Mart 2022 tarihinde yapılacak olan Şirketimiz Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısı'nda ortaklarımızın onayına sunulmasına karar verilmiştir.
