Şirketimizin 01.03.2022 tarihli Yönetim Kurulu toplantısında;

31 Aralık 2021 tarihinde sona eren hesap döneminde SPK'ya göre oluşan 327.130.472,00 TL net dönem karından, VUK 325/A maddesi uyarınca 4.000.000,00 TL girişim sermayesi fonu ayrıldıktan sonra kalan 323.130.472,00 TL'nin; yasal kayıtlarda yer alan 296.689.735,37 TL net dönem karından, VUK 325/A maddesi uyarınca 4.000.000,00 TL girişim sermayesi fonu ayrıldıktan sonra kalan 292.689.735,37 TL'nin olağanüstü yedek akçe olarak ayrılmasına ve kar dağıtımı yapılmamasına, bunlara ilişkin olarak aşağıdaki tablodaki teklifin Genel Kurul'un onayına sunulmasına karar verilmiş olup, Şirketimizin 25 Mart 2022 tarihli Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısında, 2021 yılı karının kullanımına ilişkin Yönetim Kurulu'nun teklifi onaylanmıştır.
