Yönetim Kurulu'muzun 25.02.2022 tarih ve 2022/05 no'lu kararı gereği;

1-Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun II-14.1 sayılı tebliği hükümleri uyarınca hazırlanıp bağımsız denetimden geçmiş olan; 2021 dönemi finansal tablolarımıza göre Net Dönem Kârı 68.314.520,54 TL olup, 3.916.930,40 TL geçmiş yıl zararları ve 1.314.737,11 TL Genel Kanuni Yedek Akçe düştükten sonra 63.082.853,03 TL Net Dağıtılabilir Dönem Kârına ulaşılmaktadır.

2-Vergi Usul Mevzuatına göre hazırlanmış 2021 dönemi finansal tablolarımıza göre Net Dönem Kârı 41.847.799,39 TL olup, 15.553.057,11 TL geçmiş yıl zararları ve 1.314.737,11 TL Genel Kanuni Yedek Akçe düştükten sonra 24.980.005,17 TL Net Dağıtılabilir Dönem Kârına ulaşılmaktadır.

3-SPK'ya göre kalan 63.082.853,03 TL ve Vergi Usul Mevzuatına göre kalan 24.980.005,17 TL kârın, şirketin finansal yapısını güçlendirmek üzere olağanüstü yedeklerde bırakılmasına ve 2021 dönem kârından temettü dağıtılmaması hususunun Genel Kurul'a teklif olarak götürülmesine oy birliği ile karar verilmiştir.

Yukarıda yer alan Yönetim Kurulu'nun önerisi, bugün yapılan (25.03.2022) Olağan Genel Kurul toplantısında oy çokluğu ile kabul edildi.
