Con riferimento al comunicato stampa diffuso in data 10 luglio 2025 in merito alla sottoscrizione di un accordo vincolante per acquisire il 65,0% di Mollura & C. S.p.A, si precisa che l'esborso previsto di circa Euro 44,3 milioni sarà in parte finanziato da Dexelance con mezzi propri e in parte mediante ricorso ad indebitamento bancario.

Dexelance terrà informato il mercato in merito all'evoluzione dell'operazione.

With reference to the press release released on 10 July 2025 regarding the signing of a binding agreement to acquire 65.0% of Mollura & C. S.p.A., it is specified that the planned outlay of approximately Euro 44.3 million will be financed partly by Dexelance using its own funds and partly through bank loans.

Dexelance will keep the market informed about the progress of the transaction.
