Additional Explanations

1) Şirketimizin 2021 yılına ait konsolide finansal tablolarında yer alan 1.583.676.492 TL dönem kârından; Sermaye Piyasası Mevzuatı, Şirket Esas Sözleşmesi ve diğer mevzuat hükümleri uyarınca 309.259.755 TL kontrol gücü olmayan paylar ve 4.878.055 TL birinci tertip genel kanuni yedek akçe ayrıldıktan sonra kalan net dönem kârı 1.269.538.682 TL'dir.

- Net dönem kârına 97.800 TL tutarındaki bağışların ilavesi ile oluşan 1.269.636.482 TL'nin %7,30'una tekabül eden 92.683.038 TL (Brüt) tutarındaki kısmının ortaklara kâr payı olarak nakden dağıtılmasına,

- Kalan tutarın olağanüstü yedek akçelere eklenmesine,

2) Önceki yıllarda olağanüstü yedek akçelere eklenmiş olan 2.327.713,89 TL ve önceki yıllarda özel fonlara aktarılmış olan tutardan 5.039.248.11 TL olmak üzere toplam 7.366.962 TL'nin (Brüt) ortaklara kâr payı olarak nakden dağıtılmasına,

3) Vergi tevkifatına tabi olan kâr payı kısmı üzerinden gerekli vergi tevkifatının yapılmasına,

4) Kâr payı dağıtımına 06 Mayıs 2022 tarihinde başlanmasına,

Ortaklığın net dönem karı 1.583.676.492,-TL olup, bu tutara dahil olan 309.259.755,-TL kontrol gücü olmayan paylara ait dönem karı dikkate alındığında, 1.274.416.737,-TL tutarındaki ana ortaklığa ait net dönem karı esas alınmıştır.
