Şirket Yönetim Kurulu 05.04.2022 tarihli toplantısında, Şirketimizin 2021 faaliyet yılına ilişkin, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu Kar Payı Rehberi kapsamında hazırlanan Kar Dağıtım Tablosu'nda yasal kayıtlara göre Net Dağıtılabilir Dönem Kârı olmaması sebebiyle, dağıtılması öngörülen diğer kaynak olarak geçmiş yıl karlarından 15.001.875,00 TL brüt kâr payının tam mükellef kurumlara 1 TL nominal değerli beher hisseye karşılık 0,635 TL tutarında brüt %63,5 oranında ve 1 TL. nominal değerli beher hisseye karşılık 0,5715 TL tutarında net %57,15 oranında nakit temettü dağıtılmasına, temettü ödeme tarihinin 28.09.2022 olmasına, bu konuda alınan kâr dağıtım önerisinin 27.04.2022 tarihinde yapılacak Genel Kurulun tasviplerine sunulmasına,m evcudun oybirliği ile karar verilmiştir.
