Additional Explanations

01.01.2021 – 31.12.2021 döneminde, Şirketimizin Net Dönem Karı Vergi Usul Kanunu'na göre 71.560.361,81 TL olarak belirlenmiştir. Vergi Usul Kanunu (VUK) hükümlerine göre hesaplanmış olan Genel Kanuni Yedek Akçe (3.578.018,09 TL) tutarının ayrılması ve ilgili mali dönem vergilerinin düşülmesinin ardından, 67.982.343,72 TL net dağıtılabilir dönem karına ulaşılmaktadır. İlgili dönemde yapılan bağışlar eklendikten sonra "bağışlar eklenmiş net dağıtılabilir dönem karı" 68.067.167,72 TL olmuştur.

Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu'nun 14.03.2022 tarihli kararı ile, 01.01.2021 – 31.12.2021 dönemine ilişkin net karın, 3.578.018,09 TL tutarındaki kısmının Genel Kanuni Yedek Akçe olarak ayrılmasına, 2021 yılına ait net dağıtılabilir dönem karından 21.000.000,00 TL'nin brüt nakit kar payı olarak pay sahiplerine dağıtılmasına, k alan kar tutarının geçmiş yıllar karları hesabına eklenmesine, nakit dağıtılacak kar payının 05.07.2022 tarihinde pay sahiplerine ödenmesine, kar payı dağıtımı hususunun "2021 Yılına Ait Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısı"nda karara bağlanmak üzere pay sahiplerine teklif edilmesine karar verilmiştir.
