Gem Resources Plc (LSE: GEMR), an explorer, developer and emerging gemstone miner with assets in South Africa, Australia and Zambia, notes the recent increase in the Company's share price.

The board of directors has noted the recent rise in the Company's share price and confirms that it knows of no reason for this increase.

Further to the announcement of its Financial Results on 30 April 2025, the Company confirms that there has been no material change in its financial position since 30 April 2025.
