Patria Bank SA informs the investors regarding the fact that, in the meeting held on 10.07.2025, the Board of Directors of the Bank approved the appointment of Mr. Nae Cristian Alexandru as Deputy General Manager, Commercial Division (CCO), member of the Executive Committee of Patria Bank SA for a 4-year mandate starting with 11.08.2025.

Exercise of specific responsibilities by Mr. Nae Cristian Alexandru as Deputy General Manager, Commercial Division, member of the Executive Committee, will start following the approval by the National Bank of Romania.
