The Company announces that, on 11 July 2025 it granted options over a total of 2,183,260 ordinary shares to employees under its UK all-employee savings-related share option scheme ("the Scheme") at an option price of £14.54 per ordinary share. 

This included the grant of options to the following Director and PDMR set out below.  This disclosure is made in accordance with Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation ('MAR'). In accordance with MAR, the relevant Financial Conduct Authority ('FCA') notifications are set out in the table below which provides further details on the number of options granted under the Scheme on 11 July 2025.
