Yönetim Kurulumuzun 27.04.2022 tarihli toplantısında, Şirketimizin esas sözleşmesi ve kâr dağıtım politikası kapsamında; 2021 yılı hesap dönemine ilişkin toplam dağıtılabilir net kâr rakamının % 22,45'ine denk gelen, 1 TL nominal değerli beher pay için brüt 0,1000 TL (net 0,0900 TL) nakit kâr payına tekabül eden, brüt 17.500.000,00 TL (15.750.000,00 TL) tutarındaki kârın, ilgili hesap dönemine yönelik olarak hazırlanan kâr payı dağıtım öneri tablosu uyarınca, 09/06/2022 tarihinden itibaren mevzuatta öngörülen esaslar çerçevesinde pay sahiplerine nakden dağıtılmasının, ekteki kâr payı dağıtım öneri tablosu ile birlikte Şirketimiz 2021 hesap dönemi Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısı'nda görüşülerek karara bağlanmak üzere pay sahiplerinin onayına sunulmasına, mevcudun oybirliğiyle karar verilmiştir.
