BOARD OF DIRECTOR'S RESOLUTION REGARDING THE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND INTERIM REPORT

As per CMB regulations; the explanatory notes together with the unconsolidated balance sheet, statement of income, statement of comprehensive income, cash flow statement and statement of changes in equity as well as the interim report (Financial Reports) prepared by the Company, for the period January 1 – March 31, 2022 and that has been prepared under CMB's Communiqué Series N II.14.1 "Communique On Principles of Financial Reporting in Capital Markets" (Communique), the Turkish Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS) and the mandatory formats defined by Capital Market Board (CMB),

· Has been analysed,

· To the best of our knowledge and inline with our Company roles and responsibilities, in all material respects, does not contain any untrue representations or any omissions that would lead to misleading conclusions as at disclosure date,

· To the best of our knowledge and inline with our Company roles and responsibilities, the financial statements prepared in line with the Communique, fairly reflect the Company's assets, liabilities, financial position and profit and loss and the interim report fairly represents the development and performance of the business and the Company's financial position as well as the risks and uncertainties that face the Company

and we hereby represent and state that we are responsible over the disclosures.

Şirketimizce hazırlanan 01.01.2022 - 31.03.2022 dönemine ait, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun (SPK) Seri II.14.1 "Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği" (Tebliğ) uyarınca Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartları (TFRS) ve SPK tarafından belirlenen formatlarla uyumlu olarak hazırlanan dipnotları ile birlikte konsolide olmayan finansal durum tablosu, gelir tablosu, kapsamlı gelir tablosu, nakit akış tablosu ve özkaynak değişim tablosu ile ara dönem Faaliyet Raporu'nun, SPK düzenlemeleri doğrultusunda;

· Tarafımızca incelendiğini,

· Şirketimizdeki görev ve sorumluluk alanımızda sahip olduğumuz bilgiler çerçevesinde, önemli konularda gerçeğe aykırı bir açıklama veya açıklamanın yapıldığı tarih itibariyle yanıltıcı olması sonucunu doğurabilecek herhangi bir eksiklik içermediğini,

· Şirketimizdeki görev ve sorumluluk alanımızda sahip olduğumuz bilgiler çerçevesinde, Tebliğ uyarınca hazırlanmış finansal tabloların, işletmenin aktifleri, pasifleri, finansal durumu ve kar ve zararı ile ilgili gerçeği dürüst bir biçimde yansıttığını ve faaliyet raporunun işin gelişimi ve performansını ve işletmenin finansal durumunu ve karşı karşıya olunan önemli risk ve belirsizliklerle birlikte dürüstçe yansıttığını
