Additional Explanations

TFRS'ye uygun olarak hazırlanan finansal tablolara göre 30.226.403 TL dönem karı, VUK kayıtlarına göre ise 26.317.389,91 TL cari yıl dönem karı bulunduğu görülerek;

a)̧Şirket Esas Sözleşmemizin Karın Tespit ve Tevzii başlıklı 17. maddesi ve Türk Ticaret Kanunu'nun 519. maddesi uyarınca ayrılması gereken genel kanuni yedek akçenin ayrılmasına,

b)Sermaye Piyasası mevzuatı uyarınca düşük olan tutarın kar payı olarak dağıtılması öngörüldüğünden VUK kayıtları uyarınca 01.01.2021-31.12.2021 hesap dönemine ait gerekli yasal akçeler ayrıldıktan sonra oluşan 23.360.855,43 TL'nin ve geçmiş dönem karlarından gelen toplam 15.419.813,68 TL ile bu tutarların %10'u olan 3.002.788,10 TL'nin ikinci yasal yedek akçe ayrılması, böylelikle toplamda 35.777.881,-TL'nin, pay sahiplerine kar payı olarak dağıtılmasına,

c)Kar payı ö̈deme tarihinin 09.05.2022 olarak belirlenmesine,

karar verilmiştir.
