An application has been made under the existing block listing for a further 555,000 new ordinary shares of 0.05p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM on 15 July 2025. These Ordinary Shares will be available to satisfy future exercises of options over Ordinary Shares under the Epwin Group plc SAYE option scheme. These Ordinary Shares, when issued, will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares.
