NOTIFICATO A CONSOB L'AGGIORNAMENTO DEL KID SUI "WARRANT ELES 2019-2026"

Todi (PG), 10 luglio 2025 – ELES S.p.A.,società quotata su Euronext Growth Milan, e fornitore mondiale disoluzioni per il test dei dispositivi a semiconduttore (IC Integrated Circuits) con applicazioni Automotive e Mission Critical, comunica che in data 9 luglio 2025 è stato notificato agli uffici competenti di Consob l'aggiornamento del KID sui "Warrant Eles 2019-2026", come previsto dalla vigente normativa.

Il KID (Key Information Document) è un documento informativo sintetico e standardizzato predisposto con l'obiettivo di raffigurare le caratteristiche del prodotto in modalità facilmente fruibile e comprensibile per l'investitore, in base al Regolamento Europeo in materia di PRIIPs relativo ai prodotti d'investimento al dettaglio e assicurativi preassemblati, con cui si vuole garantire la comparabilità tra i diversi prodotti e aumentare il grado di trasparenza delle informazioni riguardanti tali strumenti.

CONSOB NOTIFIED OF KID UPDATE ON "ELES WARRANTS 2019-2026"

Todi, July 10, 2025 – ELES Semiconductor Equipment S.p.A., (the "Company", the "Group") a company listed on Euronext Growth Milan, and a worldwide provider of semiconductor device (IC Integrated Circuits) test solutions with Automotive and Mission Critical applications, informs that on July 9, 2025 the competent offices of Consob were notified of the update of the KID on the "Eles Warrant 2019-2026", as required by current regulations.

The KID (Key Information Document) is a concise and standardised information document prepared with the aim of depicting the characteristics of the product in a way that is easily accessible and comprehensible to the investor, in accordance with the European Regulation on PRIIPs relating to retail investment products and packaged insurance products, which is intended to ensure comparability between different products and increase the degree of transparency of information regarding these instruments.

The KID on the "Eles Warrant 2019-2026" is published on the Company's website at www.eles.com, section Investors, Warrants.
