### **COMUNICAZIONE IN MERITO ALL'AMMONTARE COMPLESSIVO DEI DIRITTI DI VOTO**

**Milano, 10 luglio 2025** – Si comunica che è intervenuta una variazione dei diritti di voto di Alkemy S.p.A. ("**Alkemy**" o "**la Società**"), per effetto della rinuncia alla maggiorazione del voto di cui all'art. 127-quinquies del TUF e dell'articolo 14 dello Statuto sociale con riferimento a n. 246.762 azioni.

La tabella che segue riporta i dati relativi alle Azioni in circolazione e al numero dei diritti di voto esercitabili alla data odierna.

### **DISCLOSURE ON THE TOTAL NUMBER OF VOTING RIGHTS**

**Milan, July 10, 2025 –** It is hereby given notice that there has been a change in the voting rights of Alkemy S.p.A. ("**Alkemy**" or "**the Company**"), following the waiver of the increase in votes pursuant to art. 127-quinquies of the Consolidated Financial Act ("TUF") and art. 14 of the Articles of Association with reference to n. 246,762 shares.
