COMUNICAZIONE IN MERITO ALL'AMMONTARE COMPLESSIVO DEI DIRITTI DI VOTO
(REDATTA AI SENSI DELL'ART. 85-BIS, CO. 4-BIS DEL REGOLAMENTO EMITTENTI, ADOTTATO DALLA CONSOB CON DELIBERA N. 11971 DEL 14 MAGGIO 1999)
Milano, 10 luglio 2025 – Si comunica che è intervenuta una variazione dei diritti di voto di Alkemy S.p.A. ("Alkemy" o "la Società"), per effetto della rinuncia alla maggiorazione del voto di cui all'art. 127-quinquies del TUF e dell'articolo 14 dello Statuto sociale con riferimento a n. 246.762 azioni.
La tabella che segue riporta i dati relativi alle Azioni in circolazione e al numero dei diritti di voto esercitabili alla data odierna.

DISCLOSURE ON THE TOTAL NUMBER OF VOTING RIGHTS

Milan, July 10, 2025 – It is hereby given notice that there has been a change in the voting rights of Alkemy S.p.A. ("Alkemy" or "the Company"), following the waiver of the increase in votes pursuant to art. 127-quinquies of the Consolidated Financial Act ("TUF") and art. 14 of the Articles of Association with reference to n. 246,762 shares.
The following table shows the data relating to the Shares in circulation and the number of voting rights that can be exercised at today's date.
