Der Aufsichtsrat der Gesellschaft wurde von dem Vorstandsmitglied Herrn Philip Schetter darüber informiert, dass er seine Tätigkeit als Vorstandsmitglied bis auf Weiteres aus persönlichen Gründen nicht ausüben kann. Der Aufsichtsrat hat daher sein Mitglied Patrick Hoffmann mit sofortiger Wirkung bis zum 31.12.2025 als Stellvertreter zum Mitglied des Vorstands bestellt. Als Mitgründer der Cantourage GmbH sowie zuvor der Pedanios GmbH (heute Aurora Europe GmbH) verfügt Herr Hoffmann über mehr als zehn Jahre Erfahrung in der deutschen Medizinalcannabisindustrie.
