Hrvatska poštanska banka, p.l.c., Zagreb (hereafter: the Bank) announces that the Council of the Croatian National Bank, at the meeting held on July 9, 2025, issued a prior approval to the current member of the Bank's Management Board Mr. Josip Majher, to continue performing the function of a Member of the Bank's Management Board.

According to the above, the Management Board of the Bank will, from October 11, 2025, continue to operate in an unchanged composition of 5 (five) members, as follows:

• 1. Marko Badurina, President of the Management Board
• 2. Anto Mihaljević, Member of the Management Board
• 3. Ivan Soldo, Member of the Management Board
• 4. Tadija Vrdoljak, Member of the Management Board
