Clarification in Relation to TR-1

London BTC Company Limited (BTC:L) the London Stock Exchange Main Market-listed Bitcoin treasury company with active mining operations across the United States and Canada, would like to clarify that it has been advised by the Company's stock broker, Clear Capital Markets Limited ("CCML"), that the TR-1 announced by them today is as a result of CCML transfering their 31,409,257 Ordinary Shares to the individual directors of CCML and employees.
