Subject: Treasury Share Buyback Program - notification on the acquisition of shares

Pursuant to Article 474 of the Capital Market Act KONČAR Inc. (hereinafter: the Company) herby notifies that Company will withdraw 1.184 ordinary Company shares, identification code KOEI-R-A, LEI 74780000H0SHMRAW0I15, representing 0,0460% of the Company's issued share capital.

The shares were withdrawn on the basis and within the Company's Management Share Award Scheme. The number of shares to which the Members of the Management Board are entitled was determined by the Supervisory Board at the session held on 7 July 2025.

Following the withdrawal, the Company holds in total 23,700 treasury shares, representing 0,9214% of the Company's share capital.
