PPI acquires Barbu Brygge in Arendal

PPI acquires Barbu Brygge in Arendal

Public Property Invest ASA ("PPI") has acquired the property Kystveien 30 in

Arendal for a total property value of NOK 57 million. The property is

approximately 2,400 sqm and the main tenants are the Norwegian Coastal

Administration and the Norwegian Food Safety Authority with an average

remaining lease contract duration of 10 years. The annual rent is

approximately NOK 4.8 million. The transaction will be paid in cash and is

expected to close on 9 July 2025.
