Transaction in Own Shares
Jet2 plc , the Leisure Travel group, announces the purchase, in accordance with the authority granted by shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 5 September 2024, of 51,307 ordinary shares of 1.25p each in the capital of the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") on 8 July 2025 as part of the first tranche of the buyback programme announced on 29 April 2025 (the 'Programme').

Following the cancellation of Ordinary Shares, Jet2 will have 209,325,762 Ordinary Shares in issue and no Ordinary Shares are held in treasury.
