PUBLICATION OF THE UPDATED BY-LAWS
Colleferro (Rome), 8 July 2025 – Avio S.p.A. informs that the updated By-laws, as amended following the change in share capital further to the press release published on June 12, 2025, is available to the public at the company's registered office in Rome, Via Leonida Bissolati No. 76, on the company's website (www.avio.com, section "Corporate Governance") as well as at the authorized storage mechanism "eMarket STORAGE" ().
